Lumina, the New Kid on the Block
Who hasn’t heard about Lumina Homes? With its aggressive marketing strategy, most of you have probably heard about it from the largest TV stations – ABS-CBN and GMA.
(But for some of you who haven’t heard about it yet, Lumina is the country’s leader in mass housing development, offering affordable homes for the average Juan.)
Being one of the sponsors of Eat Bulaga’s popular segment, “Juan for All, All for Juan”, Lumina swiftly rose to fame along with ‘Kalyeserye’s’ main actors – the phenomenal love team, AlDub (Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza, popularly known as ‘Yaya Dub’).
To date, Lumina has already given away 12 house and lot packages to the lucky winners of the said show (winners were selected via raffle draw). Tagged as “Every Juan’s Home”, Lumina effectively complements the segment’s target market – the masses.
Undeniably, Lumina is already well-positioned in Eat Bulaga. However, Lumina did not stop there.
Lumina also sponsored ABS-CBN’s top-rating shows like “Rated K”. The housing developer gave away two house and lot packages on the TV show’s 10th anniversary last October and December 2014. And on July 2015, it also gave away one Lumina house and lot to Rochelle Pondare, a progeria victim, on her 18th birthday. Lumina was also one of the sponsors of “Kapamilya Deal or No Deal,” wherein homeviewers got the chance to guess the right briefcase that contained one peso through a text promo. Who could have thought that a one-peso load would afford someone a house and lot? (Read more at http://www.lumina.com.ph/lumina-awards-1-peso-home-to-deal-or-no-deal-homepartner/)
Lumina was also part of Umagang Kay Ganda’s “Twelve Days of Christmas” segment, as well as the recently-concluded “Dance Kids.”
Lumina is just a new kid on the block but it has already fulfilled the dreams of many Filipinos to have a home they can call their own. It has already become a symbol of pride and inspiration. In just nearly four years, it proved to us that it can become the biggest mass housing developer in the country that is present nationwide with its roster of projects and, of course, powerful presence on TV.
Created in 2012, Lumina envisioned itself to be the powerhouse in mass housing development in the country.
Lumina always keeps the people at the center of its developments, having built 21developments across the country, with only four years in the pipeline: Pandi and Plaridel, Bulacan; Mexico and San Fernando, Pampanga; Tarlac; Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija; Cauayan, Isabela; Orani, Bataan; Tanza and General Trias, Cavite; Sto. Tomas and Lipa, Batangas; San Pablo, Laguna; Tayabas, Quezon; Pili, Camarines Sur; Oton, Iloilo; Dumaguete, Negros Oriental; Carcar, Cebu; Cagayan de Oro; Carmen, Davao del Norte; and General Santos.
With an average of 20 hectares per area of development, the Lumina communities “house” an average of 2,500 highly affordable homes to date, adding about 15,000 new, and much needed homes to the country, addressing the socialized and economic housing backlog.
